Although we’ve all heard that Cane Corsos are among the tallest and heaviest dogs out there, we never really get a sense of their true height from photos.

This page may be very helpful if you are also unsure about their height or if you have never seen a Cane Corso in person. I will provide photographs to assist you in understanding their size.

So, read this post through to the conclusion as we go over some truly fascinating information.

Cane Corso Human Comparison Chart

The table above may have given you an idea of how tall and hefty Cane Corsos may get, but it’s still difficult for many people to imagine.

Some people prefer to understand by looking at pictures rather than charts or tables. So, let’s look at them!

Cane Corso Next To People (Humans)

Cane Corsos next to Females, kids, and babies looks quite big, as you can see in the image above, the woman is about 5 feet 5 inches tall, and Cane Corso next to her looks quite big.

The Corso’s head appears to be twice the size of the lady’s head.

When Cane Corso stands up to hug you, they become quite tall. A standing Cane Corso can reach a height of 5 feet 7 or 8 inches.

Again, the head of Cane Corso looks much bigger than the head of the woman shown in the picture above.

Cane Corso looks gigantic in front of babies. In the picture above, the Cane Corso looks like a guardian of the baby.

Experts do not recommend babies to go close to Cane Corsos, as they are pretty huge dogs and powerful too, their small hit can give severe damage to a baby.

Never leave your baby alone with a Cane Corso, no matter how polite your Corso is.

The man in the picture above is roughly six feet tall, and you can see that the Corso appears to be a typical-sized dog in the picture. As I mentioned earlier, Corsos appear really large around women and kids, but when they are among above-average-sized men, they appear like regular-sized dogs rather than unnaturally large ones.

Having a strong dog, such as a Cane Corso, requires you to possess some strength within yourself to manage it. If this breed is not trained enough, controlling them can be really tough for women and children.

Cane Corso’s heads are quite large, larger than ordinary human heads. The head of Cane Corso appears to be enormous in the image.

Like adult cane corsos, puppy cane corsos are also huge in size. The image above shows a man holding a 3-month-old cane corso puppy, and you can see how huge the puppy is looking in his hands.

Usually, the height and weight of a 3-month-old Cane Corso puppy depend on the diet and genes, but normally, a 3-month-old Cane Corso puppy can reach a height of about 14 to 18 inches, which is not normal.

Can Cane Corso Live In an Apartment?

Although they’re not meant to live in apartments, cane corsos can live there if the space is large enough. They enjoy living in large spaces, running around, and keeping watch over their territory.

Actually, a lot of experts advise against getting a Cane Corso unless you have a backyard of your own or reside in an area with plenty of parks or forests.

Cane Corsos are large dogs, so if they start playing around in your apartment, they might even smash something. Keeping them in cramped quarters will also make them less fit because, lacking adequate room, they won’t play or run around as much, which will be bad for their health.

Conclusion

Cane Corsos are large canines that can grow to be 28 inches tall and weigh up to 110 pounds.

When Cane Corsos are near humans, their size appears much larger; you can only feel their enormity when you see them in person.

Overall, they are a wonderful companion to have because of their guarding ability and loyalty, but they may be aggressive, and I’m sure you know what happens when a dog of this size becomes aggressive, so only pet them if you have past experience with larger breeds.

I hope you liked this post.
